Marla Dissin is the Director of Human Resources and Compliance at Genomind. In this role, Marla is responsible for developing and executing the human resource strategy in support of the overall strategic direction and business objectives of the company. Marla’s 13+-year career in human resources (HR) includes roles in risk, compliance, and human resource management. She has worked in multiple industries including private equity asset management, commercial insurance, and most recently, in clinical trials administration. With both pre- and post-acquisition HR experience, Marla has become a specialist in serving the diverse HR needs in companies with strong customer service needs and emerging technologies.
Marla is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where she earned her B.A. in Labor and Employment Relations. She holds the Professional in Human Resources designation (PHR) and she is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP.)
