Pharmacogenetic (PGx) Test
Find medications tailored to your genes
Medications don’t work the same for everyone. Your genes affect how your body processes medications – impacting their effectiveness and the risk of side effects.
Genomind’s PGx test analyzes your DNA and identifies medications (both prescription and over-the-counter) better suited for you.

Here’s why Genomind is the best option for many patients.

Genes
Many labs analyze a limited number of genes, primarily due to testing costs or the sophistication of their lab equipment. Genomind’s test is often more robust and includes the MTHFR gene, among 25 others.

Medications
Many labs offer gene-drug interactions for only a limited set of medications. Genomind not only analyzes an impressive number of drugs, its reporting include gene-drug, drug-drug, and drug-drug-gene interactions.
91%
Comprehension
The complexity of PGx results can be overwhelming. But Genomind’s report is easy to understand, with simple language and color-coded highlights. In fact, Genomind achieved a 91% comprehension rate in a recent study.
Over a decade of genetics and PGx experience
Nearly half a million patients... and counting.
Genomind identifies medications that fit best with an individual’s genetics, helping them live their best lives.
Overcoming Depression
I’m so grateful that my health care professional ordered the Genomind test. We discovered that an antidepressant I was taking was not being properly metabolized, leaving me in a constant state of overdose.
I cannot believe Genomind is not required for patients. I took the wrong medication for over a decade!
– Marie, age 68
Ending the Guessing Game
For years, my doctors were prescribing medications like throwing darts in the dark – often making things worse.
With Genomind, I now have a genetic map of how ‘I am put together.’ Their report made it easy to see why certain medications were wrong for me and to identify the right ones to help me get healthy.
Genomind saved my life by ending the guessing game.
– Heather, age 43
The Confidence of Clarity
Genomind was a game changer for me and my psychiatrist, and the the process was worth every penny.
I tried different meds at different dosages over the years – with little to no success. The report explained so much – breaking down treatment options, preferred medications, ones to avoid, and more.
I am so thankful for Genomind. I finally put an end to the ‘trial and error’ nightmare finding the right medications. I cannot thank you enough.
– Britton, age 33
The Power of Deprescribing
Many doctors would prescribe me SSRIs, which always caused severe side effects. ‘Just keep trying,’ they said.
With Genomind, I got the insight I needed. I found medications less likely to cause adverse reactions.
I was finally properly diagnosed with ADHD, and my doctor prescribed medications that alleviated my symptoms. I also discovered a gene which is common in PCOS. I now take a supplement to alleviate those symptoms.
I truly believe everyone should have this test.
